Violence of any kind is unacceptable, but domestic violence is one of the worst of its kind. Often unseen and unrecognised it can leave a person feeling alone and isolated. This support group is for those who have suffered domestic violence, both physical and mental, who would like to learn more about its effects and solutions that others have found to be useful and practical. Please do not be afraid to share your experiences.
It is hoped that by sharing your experiences that others can find light at the end of what must appear to be a long tunnel and come out smiling and relieved that this suffering can and will come to and end.
